ORGS WE GET
BEHIND
FOCUSED ON THE INTERSECTIONS
Here at inclusiveWe, we continuously strive to understand the vastness and variousness of the factors that contribute to oppression and marginalization.
We do this by acknowledging & working at the intersections of these issues. We understand oppression as an interdependent system where one’s political, social, & economic identities combined can create several forms of discrimination. These cultural disadvantages all play into one another simultaneously to maintain & support injustice.
Learn more about intersectionality (here) from Kimberlé Crenshaw, who coined the term 30 years ago.
We believe that we must first actively LISTEN to & then elevate those directly influenced by these injustices which then highlights exactly where the work is needed & where we can begin to create a more inclusive world.

inclusiveWe's mission is to assist in collectively curating a space where the voices of the unheard are elevated & acknowledged.
